1 · What NYCYZ is

NYCYZ is subscription software that connects to brokerage accounts you already own and places orders in them according to rules you configure. It is non-custodial: it never holds, transmits, pools, or manages funds or securities. NYCYZ is not a broker-dealer, not an exchange, and not an investment adviser, and it provides no signals, recommendations, research, or advice of any kind — it picks nothing, predicts nothing, and nothing on this site or in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2 · Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials, for enabling the protections offered (email verification, two-factor authentication), and for all activity under your account. You connect brokerages by logging in at your broker; NYCYZ never asks for API keys.

3 · The service executes your configuration

Every order follows the numbers you set. There is no practice, paper, or demo mode — every order the robot or you place goes to your broker and executes in your brokerage account with your money. You can stop all trading instantly with the kill switch, every action is reported to you, and you remain responsible for your configuration and its outcomes. Automation does not replace you: you are responsible for monitoring your brokerage account and the robot’s activity, and NYCYZ’s alerts and reports are aids, not a substitute for your own attention. Your broker’s own terms, commissions, and fees are between you and your broker.

4 · Risk disclosure

Trading involves risk of loss. You can lose money, including more than you expect, and nothing about this service reduces the market risk of the positions you choose to take.

Automated execution has its own risks. The robot follows predetermined rules that may not suit changing market conditions. Software errors, connectivity problems, broker outages, market halts, or stale or unavailable data can mean an order is delayed, rejected, partially filled, duplicated, or not filled at all. NYCYZ is built to fail closed — it refuses to act on data it cannot trust — but no system removes these risks entirely.

No performance is promised. The report shows your own past results; past results do not predict future outcomes, yours or anyone’s.

What NYCYZ trades — and does not. Long positions in equities traded in the US markets only. NYCYZ does not sell short and does not trade options, futures, or crypto.

5 · Fees

Access is a flat subscription of $49.99 per month. No part of the fee is a commission, a cut of trades, or contingent on trading results.

6 · Acceptable use

You agree not to resell or sublicense the service, attempt to breach its security or other users’ data, use it for any unlawful purpose, or use it in violation of your broker’s terms.

NYCYZ is for self-directed use of your own brokerage accounts. You may not share your credentials, let anyone else operate your account through NYCYZ, or pay anyone, or be paid, to run trading through NYCYZ on another person’s behalf. NYCYZ is not a vehicle for managed accounts or trading services.

7 · Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NYCYZ does not warrant uninterrupted operation, and outages — ours, your broker’s, or the market’s — can affect orders. NYCYZ is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including market or broker outages, internet or power failures, government action, or natural events.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYCYZ Technologies is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses caused by delays, outages, data errors, or your configuration. To the same extent, NYCYZ Technologies’ total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

9 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NYCYZ Technologies from claims, losses, and reasonable costs brought by a third party and arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the service, your trading configuration, or your relationship with your broker.

10 · Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

11 · Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

12 · Trademarks and third-party brands

NYCYZ and the NYCYZ mark are property of NYCYZ Technologies. Broker and other company names on this site and in the app belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services NYCYZ connects to. NYCYZ Technologies is independent of, and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any broker or exchange unless expressly stated.
