What we collect
Your account email and password (stored hashed), your two-factor settings, the broker connections you authorize (tokens issued by your broker — never your broker password, which you only ever enter on the broker’s own page), and the trading data needed to run your robots: positions, orders, trade history, and your configuration. Our servers keep standard access logs: IP address, browser, time, and page requested.
What we don’t do
No analytics services, no trackers, no advertising technology, no third-party scripts, no session recording. This website sets no cookies at all. The app sets only what is required to keep you signed in. The app talks to exactly two kinds of destination: your brokers, and its own mail server.
How your data is used
To operate the service: placing and tracking the orders your configuration calls for, showing you your own positions and history, and sending the notifications you have enabled — in-app and by email. Security events (password, two-factor, and email changes) are always notified. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the email delivery needed to send you the messages above, or where the law requires.
Where it lives
Your data is isolated per account at the database itself. Broker tokens are stored for the sole purpose of maintaining the connections you authorized, and connections can be removed at any time.
Your control
In Settings you can delete the account outright — deletion removes your data. You can also see every active session, with its device and last use, and revoke any of them.
Retention
Data is kept while your account is active and removed on deletion, except what the law requires us to retain. Deleted data leaves database backups on their normal retention cycle.
Age
NYCYZ is for adults. You must be at least 18 to hold an account, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
